License Agreement

All Cineva bundles and digital assets come with a commercial license. This license grants you the right to use Cineva’s assets in your end products for personal or commercial purposes.

This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable license agreement between you and Cineva. Please read this agreement carefully before using any Cineva product. By downloading, installing, or using any Cineva asset, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.

1. Permitted Use

Cineva assets may be used, modified, and incorporated into your creative work.
Assets may be published, broadcast, and distributed across all media types, provided they are not resold or redistributed as standalone files.

2. Restrictions

Assets may not be used in any production that promotes or exploits illegal activities.
Assets may not be sold, sublicensed, loaned, given away, or transferred to third parties.
Assets may not be shared on networked systems, file-sharing platforms, or made available to individuals who have not accepted this agreement.
Assets may not be compiled into collections or libraries for resale, redistribution, or free distribution.

3. Ownership
All assets remain the intellectual property of Cineva. You are purchasing a license to use them under the terms of this agreement, not ownership of the content itself.

4. Royalty-Free Usage
All Cineva assets are royalty-free under this license. You may use them in unlimited projects without additional fees, provided all usage complies with this agreement.

By using Cineva products, you agree to respect our copyright and licensing terms. Unauthorized distribution or misuse will result in legal action and termination of your license.
