Why are my folders appearing empty?
This usually happens when the files weren't fully extracted or your default unzip tool doesn't support large archives. We recommend using Keka(Mac) or 7-Zip / WinRAR(Windows) to properly extract everything. Once done, you'll see all your files inside.
Why did my download link expire?
Download links can occasionally time out after a certain period for security reasons. No worries — just contact us with your order number and we'll promptly send a fresh link.
I haven't received my order — what should I do?
Sometimes emails get filtered into spam or promotions. Try searching "Cineva" or "Shopify" in your inbox. If it's still missing, let us know and we'll resend your confirmation and files right away.
I'm not sure how to install or use the products.
